Can you provide inspection instructions?
In principle, the customer must provide the inspection instructions. We inspect products based on inspection specifications. However, we can also make inspection instructions according to customer requests. The instructions we made are standard for inspection and require the customer’s signature and confirmation before inspection.
If the inspection request is confirmed, how far in advance should I notify you of the inspection schedule?
Please contact us with your inspection schedule at least two weeks in advance and sign an inspection contract at the same time. We need to arrange inspectors after signing the contract. Please note that if you contact us too urgent, we may not be able to arrange inspectors.
Can I check the inspection status at any time during the inspection?
Of course. We will inform you the contact information of the inspection team leader. When we are working, we will proactively report the inspection status to you. You can also contact us at any time to check about the status of the work. If there is a problem at work, we will promptly report it to you through Skype, Line, WhatsApp, WeChat and other apps, and ask you to judge and handle it.
When will the inspection report be issued?
We submit inspection reports every day. Today’s inspection report will be sent to you the next morning.
How can I check the inspection report?
To prevent leakage of product information and work details, our inspection reports are uploaded to a dedicated report server, and a dedicated URL, username, and password for viewing the report is set for each customer. Log in to your server using your unique username and password to view your reports. You can only check the inspection reports of your own products, but not the inspection reports of other customers’ products.
How long will the inspection report be stored on the server?
Due to server capacity limitations, it is typically stored on the server for 3 years. Reports from the past three years can be viewed anytime, anywhere. If you need to extend the retention period, please contact us. The retention period of reports can be extended based on your requests and actual circumstances.
